- JXTX + CSHL Genome Informatics Scholarship recipient — awarded to six graduate students
- Columbia University Lead Teaching Fellowship (2023/2024) — organized two seminars for graduate students, postdocs, and undergraduates who are not primarily computational scientists: one on communicating technical work to broad audiences, and one on using AI tools for scientific inquiry. A genuinely fun way to engage with the community and think carefully about pedagogy.
